Refund policy

Return Period and Conditions:

  • Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your product.
  • Reasons for Return:
    • Defective products
    • Incorrect product delivery
    • Product incompatibility
    • Dissatisfaction
  • Product Conditions:
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in complete condition.
    • Used or damaged products may not be accepted for return.
    • All connection materials, and instruction manuals must be returned with the product.
  • Holidays: During official holidays, the return period will be extended by the duration of the holiday.

Warranty and Exchange:

  • 2-Year Exchange Warranty: Our products are covered by a 2-year exchange warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Manufacturer Defects: For defects resulting from manufacturing, the replacement part and shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • User-Caused Defects: For defects caused by the user, the replacement product and shipping costs may be charged to the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return/Exchange Process (Step-by-Step): 

  • Step 1: Request Initiation:
    • Email your return/exchange request to aplineusa@accessorypart.com or use the contact form on our website. In these transactions, only written communication is used. Communication is carried out via e-mail or WhatsApp messages.
    • Include your order number and the reason for the request.
    • Example email header: “Return Request – Order # [Your Order Number]”
    • Example email content: “I would like to return my order # (Your Order Number) because I am not satisfied with the product.” or “I want to return my order (your order number) because the product is not compatible with my vehicle. Attached are photos showing the incompatibility” (attach photos)
  • Step 2: Customer Service Contact:
    • A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions.
  • Step 3: Shipping the Product:
    • You will be provided with the return address: 1001 Nicholas Blvd Unit P, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, USA.
    • The customers may use their own shipping methods or a shipping carrier.
    • The customer will receive tracking information when available.
  • Step 4: Inspection:
    • The returned/exchanged product will be inspected for compliance with the applicable conditions.
    • The customer will be informed of each step of the process, via email.
  • Step 5: Refund or Exchange:
    • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5 business days or an exchange will be shipped.
