HOOK Model Roof Rack

The HOOK Model Roof Rack is a vehicle-specific carrying solution designed for vehicles where there is no gap between the roof and the roof rails. It is used to carry additional loads on the vehicle and provides a suitable foundation for mounting equipment such as bike racks, ski racks, roof boxes, and similar carrying accessories.

The product is mounted on the vehicle’s existing roof rails. It cannot be used on vehicles without roof rails. Additionally, it is compatible with vehicles that have notches on the roof rails for hook attachments. The recommended maximum load capacity for a moving vehicle is 75 kg. This limit applies regardless of the number of bars on the product. For parked vehicles, the recommended maximum load capacity is 150 kg for 2-bar products.

The product features an aluminum body and PA6 GF30 mounting components.

Elastomer seals on the bar surface create a contact surface between the load and the bar. This design helps reduce slippage and noise caused by friction.

The aluminum bars feature a channel design compatible with T-Bolt fasteners.

The maximum dimensions compatible with the T-Bolt are: 20 mm channel width, 4 mm channel height, and an M8 bolt.

Aluminum bars with dimensions of 75 mm width and 22 mm height are also compatible with U-Type fasteners. If U-Type accessories are to be used, it is recommended to verify dimensional compatibility.

The product features a key-operated locking mechanism. A key is required for removal.
