Developed with a modern and aesthetic design philosophy, the ACE-1 Model Roof Rack is a vehicle-specific roof rack system designed for vehicles with a raised rail (where there is a gap between the roof rail and the vehicle roof). It is designed to provide balanced, sturdy, and long-lasting performance for your vehicle’s cargo capacity. This product cannot be used on vehicles without roof rails. Different ACE series intermediate crossbar models are available for vehicles without roof rails. The ACE-1 adapts to the position and angle of the roof rail on the vehicle, helping to distribute the load more evenly at the mounting points. This design supports driving stability and helps reduce the effects of road-induced vibrations. The aluminum body with high corrosion resistance and UV-resistant PA6 GF30 connection components have been selected to ensure long-lasting and reliable use under various climatic conditions. Elastomer seals on the bar surface create an intermediate layer between the load and the bar, helping to reduce the impact of sudden load movements and limit the generation of unwanted noise caused by friction.
Aluminum bars feature a channel design compatible with T-Bolt fasteners. The maximum dimensions compatible with the T-Bolt are: 20 mm channel width, 4 mm channel height, and an M8 bolt. Additionally, aluminum bars with dimensions of 75 mm width and 22 mm height are compatible with U-Type connection bolts. If U-Type fasteners are to be used, it is necessary to verify that the accessories are compatible with these dimensions.
Aluminum bars can carry loads of up to 75 kg in a moving vehicle. When
